MOON SIGHTING for EID UL ADHA 2009
Eid ul Adha 2009 will be on 10th of Dhul Hijja - Saturday, 28th of November 2009 Inshallah.
Collectively, Moon is NOT sighted this evening 17th of November 2009.

1st of Dhul Hijja is on 19th of November 2009.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته (Assalaamu Alaykum)

EID PRAYER WILL BE 8am

Here are updates on moon sighting as of 29th of Ramadan  - 18/8/12 for moonshting of Shawal  1433

  • 6:35 PM: The moon has been sighted in Bundoora, Melbourne Victoria. Eid Mubarak to Everyone.
  • 6:24 PM: No News yet, it looks like, we need to wait bit more from other Cities.
  • 6:01 PM: The moon set time for Sydney is 6:09 PM. The moon has not yet been sighted in Sydney.
  • 5:55 PM: Moon sighting is underway, however there are no reports of any report of sighting moon.
  • 5:25 PM: Insha'Allah moon sighting activities will be getting underway in Sydney very shortly. We will keep you updated as to the progress throughout the evening.
